if 2009.06.11 is not lola's happiest day in her short life (so far~~~), some other day must be bold enough to claim to be.

that day, lola was sitting on row 11 seat 11, with her parents and best best best friends from junior high school to university.

 

@ 1700 right before premiere, the creator of all this suddenly found that he couldnt make it to the grand ceremony, right besides him sat lola, who was so saddened---"How could I miss all this" was his line in this film...

@ 2000 the theatre were full of ppl, lola guesses on no occasion will there be so many ppl coming to cinema (maybe SIFF?)

@ 2100 first show fin, and our big boss came, who observed the great success in grin

 

too many moments on a single night, shutter of camera even wont be quick enough to catch all, let'em float in the air...

       first time to know what a DP is (after Christian Bale incident)

       (way tooo many that day...)

2/26 first time to be an extra

3/07 first time shooting in studio

3/11 first time doing general casting on my own

overall, first time to live a career@

lola is so going to laugh herself to numb every day

lola is going to borrow someone else's tagline: everything is possible---if you truly believe it

 

The first director Lola ever met face to shoulder, in the same room, is---Robert, who regards film production as something very private. in other words, he thinks the film is going to be his. he is persistent, and stubborn kind of, all out of his visional and directional view. luckily, lola has seen both of the reference films and sees that it couldnt be wrong the way he comes, especially on the double bosses issue (is that even a issue?)

last day of 2008---talking about an upcoming feature film with its producer

3-day holiday---seeing 9 movies

the first working day of 2009---reading script of a short film

2nd---meet-up, brainstorming for storyline of a short film

3rd---meet-up, discussing adaption of a stage play to a feature film

 

just wanna record these joyful days to cheer lola up, maybe someday she'll get down, who knows...

Comparing with Fellini's 8 1/2, Lola's 23 1/2 is much less ambiguous

Lola, a natural born heart-breaker, with a bitchy mocking bird,

has followed her mobile theme tone and made several choices.

She has too much to think and just wants to stop here (or some?).
